The staff were very friendly during our stay.

We encountered multiple issues during our stay at this hotel. The bathroom hook fell off, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, the microwave in the room was not functioning properly, making it harder to heat up food. Lastly, check-in was slow, which was disappointing after a long day of travel.

i was so excited to stay here, but the TV didn't work at all, and my bathroom water was practically boiling 24/7! i really thought getting a room upgrade would be a standard practice for someone like me, but i guess they reserve that for others. alas, I couldn't muster a good review.

I stayed in the King Room and it was super comfortable. The bed was nice and cozy, which helped me get a good night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious, making it easy to relax. Also, the bright lobby made a great first impression when I walked in.
